1. Who we are
The data controller is ADSOLVE SRL, registered office at Str. Mihai Eminescu 4-6, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, Romania, tax ID (CUI) 50358839, Trade Register no. J12/3185/2024, email contact@adsolve.ro.
This policy explains what data we process when you visit https://ad-solve.com or contact us, why we process it and what rights you have under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018.
2. What data we process
- Data you send us directly: name, email address, company, service of interest and the content of your message, when you write to us through the contact form or by email.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, page visited and date/time of access, logged automatically by our hosting provider.
- Your cookie preferences, stored in your browser.
We do not collect special categories of data or data we don't need. The contact form does not send your data to a server: it opens your own email app with a pre-filled message, and you decide whether to send it.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
- To reply and send you a quote — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
- To perform the contract, if you become a client — Art. 6(1)(b).
- To meet legal obligations (accounting, tax) — Art. 6(1)(c).
- For website security and operation (server logs) — Art. 6(1)(f).
- For non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing), if we use them — only with your consent, Art. 6(1)(a).
4. How long we keep it
- Correspondence with prospective clients: up to 3 years after the last contact, then deleted.
- Contract data and accounting records: 10 years, as required by Romanian Accounting Law no. 82/1991.
- Server logs: the period set by our hosting provider, usually no more than 30 days.
- Cookie preferences: until you clear them from your browser, or at most 12 months, after which we ask again.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your data. It may be accessed, only as far as necessary, by:
- our website hosting and email providers, acting as processors;
- our accountant or accounting firm, for clients;
- public authorities, where the law requires it.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers (for example hosting or email) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case we make sure the transfer has a valid legal basis: an adequacy decision (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Your rights
- the right of access to your data;
- the right to rectification;
- the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
- the right to restriction of processing;
- the right to data portability;
- the right to object, including to processing based on legitimate interest;
- the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
- the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing — we make no such decisions.
To exercise your rights, email us at contact@adsolve.ro. We reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), 28-30 G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru Blvd., Sector 1, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro, or with the supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.
8. Data security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to data and trusted providers. No system is completely secure; if an incident affects your data, we will inform you as required by law.
9. Children
This website is aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data about children under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page. Last updated: 19 October 2026.
